How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- Access the 3D result right after the live draw to verify if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed in all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use alcohols or sanitizers before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Does PCSO have 3D Lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
