How to Play 3D Lotto
To play 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as required under the TRAIN Act.
