3D Lotto, previously known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed payout lotteries offered by PCSO since its launching in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO holds live Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Suspension of draws generally takes place during major national holidays.
PCSO also conducts draws for each of the major lotto games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 3D ticket.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage can.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
PCSO already renamed its Suertres (Swertres) Lotto game to 3D Lotto. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.

Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required under the TRAIN Act.
