Along with 3D Lotto (Swertres), PCSO also operates today the draws for 2D Lotto (EZ2), STL, 4D Lotto, Mega Lotto 6/45, and Grand Lotto 6/55.
3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The chances of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively. This means that bettors are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular lotteries operated by PCSO since its creation in 2002. 3D Lotto is previously known as Swertres Lotto.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior official announcement is made. Postponement of draws regularly occurs during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be implemented in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is the new name of Swertres Lotto?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of players still call it ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
