3D Lotto, also called Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular digit lotteries facilitated by PCSO since its creation in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts official Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws usually occurs during major holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used play slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player takes home PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

When are 3D Lotto draws held?
PCSO holds 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
