3D Lotto, also known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries offered by PCSO since its launching in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim the prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
Additional Health and Safety Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed in all outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used play slips and/or old tickets.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that lets its bettors win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play card.
How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the lucky winners of 3D Lotto today, we suggest that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as required by the TRAIN Act.
