How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player takes home PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its bettors receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you choose a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 0-9-0), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.

Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet card to the teller.
Where do I go to claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
