3D Lotto, formerly known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries operated by PCSO since its inception in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts live Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Suspension of draws generally occurs during major holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
New Health and Safety Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the hand sanitizer, alcohols or disinfectant provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used play card and old lotto tickets into the trash bin.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

In 3D Lotto Standard Play, the odds of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the chances of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
