3D Lotto (formerly known as Swertres Lotto) is one of the first fixed-prize lotteries of the PCSO. It has been immensely popular among the public since its inception in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are regularly postponed.

How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the terminal to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- View the 3D result after the live draw to know if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the outlet.
- Throw away your used play slip and non-winning lotto tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your play slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are finished early in the day.
What if I cannot think of any 3D Lotto number to play?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
