How to Play 3D Lotto

These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:

  1. Choose three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
  2. Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically generate the number combination for you.
  3. Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
  4. Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
  5. Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
  6. Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
  7. Check the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.

3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.

Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.

Please note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.

How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.

  1. Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.

  4. Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
  5. Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
  6. Avoid littering and put away used play slips or non-winning tickets in the trash bins.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?

You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.

In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.

If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.

The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the play slip.

In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.

With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.

If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?

PCSO normally cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.

How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?

A player can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?

You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.

You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?

To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.

Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?

You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.

January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.

July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
