PCSO Lotto 6/42 System Plays – How to Increase your Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/42 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system plays available in 6/42 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a bettor selects seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor selects a total of eight (8) numbers creating a total of 28 combinations.
The total number of combinations increases as the picked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have chosen are automatically partnered with each of the remaining 37 digits in the board, producing a total of 37 combinations.
Keep in mind that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The total cost of the ticket is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

How can I win prizes in PCSO Lotto 6/42?
You win a prize in Lotto 6/42 by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Getting three (3) of the winning combination gives you PhP 20, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize worth PhP 800 while five (5) numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 24,000.
If you match all the numbers, you get the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 5.9 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to select up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thus producing a larger number of combinations.
You can select from seven available system plays. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/42 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

Latest Updates and Press Statements from PCSO
March 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
