PCSO Lotto 6/42 System Plays – Ways to Improve the Chances of Winning
6/42 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
If you want to play system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a bettor chooses seven (7) numbers which creates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor marks eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are produced as the marked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
With System 5-Roll, a bettor picks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining thirty-seven (37) numbers, creating a total of 37 combinations.
Keep in mind that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system bets due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The overall ticket price shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/42?
In 6/42 Lotto, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) numbers drawn. More matching number means bigger prizes for you.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 20. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 800 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 24,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you get the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 5.94 Million.
You can increase your odds of winning the jackpot by marking up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the total number of combinations generated.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play PCSO Lotto 6/42?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the PCSO Lotto 6/42. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/42 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
Can I play PCSO Lotto 6/42 in Advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the playing card. Your PCSO Lotto 6/42 combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 6/42 Lotto entry shall be valid for the six (6) consecutive PCSO Lotto 6/42 draws including the present draw.
Am I allowed to pick more than 6 numbers in 6/42 Lotto?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for PCSO Lotto 6/42. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also choose only 5 numbers using the System 5R. Please remember that the total number of combinations is considered when computing the total ticket price.
For instance, a System 7 play costs PhP 140 because it produces 7 combinations in all.
