- Select six (6) numbers between 1 to 42. These digits will be your 6/42 Lotto combination.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal generate the number combination for you.
- You can also improve your odds of winning through the 6/42 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- After the draw, check the 6/42 Lotto Result to verify if you won the prize.
PCSO Lotto 6/42 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Lotto 6/42 System Bets – How to Increase the Odds of Winning
6/42 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system plays in 6/42 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a player selects seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor selects a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers marked, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
With System 5R, a bettor marks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining thirty-seven (37) numbers, creating a total of 37 six-number combinations.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The overall cost of the ticket is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

In PCSO Lotto 6/42, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) numbers drawn. More matching number means bigger prizes for you.
Matching three (3) of the winning number combination gives you PhP 20, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize worth PhP 800 while five (5) numbers gives you a prize equal to PhP 24,000.
Getting all the winning numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 5.9 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to pick up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thereby producing a bigger number of combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall depend on the overall number of generated combinations.

How do I void an entry in the Lotto 6/42 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Lotto 6/42 entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void your 6/42 Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. Any PCSO Lotto 6/42 number combination that has been processed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.

How to Play System 5R in 6/42 Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the National Lotto 6/42 system play that allows the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the typical 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically combines each of the remaining 37 “unmarked” numbers in the bet card to the five numbers you already chosen.
This generates a total of 37 combinations and guarantees that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 740 (Php 20 x 37).
To play System 5-Roll, just pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS section of the 6/42 Lotto bet card.
Am I allowed to pick more than 6 numbers in 6/42 Lotto?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for Lotto 6/42. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also mark only 5 numbers using the System 5R. Take note that the total number of combinations is considered when calculating the total ticket cost.
For instance, a System 7 play costs PhP 140 because it produces 7 combinations in all.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/42 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.

March 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
