Each Lotto 6/42 combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 6/42 Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your PCSO Lotto 6/42 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

National Lotto 6/42 System Plays – Learn How to Increase the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/42 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
In case you want to play system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a bettor who selects this option would have to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the player will have to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 42.
In short, more and more number combinations are produced as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
In the case of System 5R, the bettor will only have to select five (5) numbers. The remaining (unmarked) 37 numbers will be matched with the 5 selected numbers. This produces a total of 37 six-number combinations.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total ticket cost will be. The total ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

What are the ways to win in 6/42 Lotto?
You win a prize in PCSO Lotto 6/42 by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Getting three (3) of the winning number combination gives you PhP 20, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize equal to PhP 800 while five (5) numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 24,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you win the jackpot prize of at least PhP 5.9 Million.
You can increase your chances of getting the jackpot by selecting up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet generates a higher number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
You can choose from seven available system plays. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/42 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
