- Mark a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Two (42) in each column of the betting card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly choose the numbers for you.
- Optionally select one of the options in the 6/42 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- After the draw, see the 6/42 Lotto Result to verify if you won the prize.
Each Lotto 6/42 combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 6/42 Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.

PCSO Lotto 6/42 System Plays – How to Increase the Odds of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/42 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
If you want to play system bets, these are the options you can choose from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a bettor selects seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player picks eight (8) numbers, creating a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers selected, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
With regard to System 5-Roll, the player will only need to pick five (5) numbers. The remaining (unmarked) 37 numbers will be partnered with the 5 chosen numbers. This generates a total of 37 combinations.
Remember that your total bet cost will be much higher in system plays due to the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The total ticket price shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations produced.

How many combinations are there in System 5R for 6/42 Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the National Lotto 6/42 system play which lets the player to select only five (5) numbers instead of the typical 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the computer automatically pairs each of the remaining 37 “unmarked” numbers in the play card to the five numbers you already picked.

In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
How many 6/42 Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet slip. Your Lotto 6/42 entry will then be played repeatedly according to the number of draws you picked.

March 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
