The system bets available in 6/42 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a bettor marks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player chooses eight (8) numbers, creating a total of 28 combinations.
In short, more and more number combinations are produced as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
In the case of System 5-Roll, a player selects only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining thirty-seven (37) numbers, producing a total of 37 six-number combinations.

You win a prize in Lotto 6/42 by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you match three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers, you win PhP 20, four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 800 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 24,000.

System 9 lets you to choose a nine (9) number combination instead of the typical combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Lotto 6/42 system play produces a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/42 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
How much does a Lotto System 8 ticket cost?
System 8 is the PCSO Lotto 6/42 system play that allows bettors to choose a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the regular six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, just select your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS panel of the 6/42 Lotto betting card.
How can I choose more than 6 numbers in the 6/42 Lotto bet slip?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for 6/42 Lotto. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also mark only 5 numbers using the System 5R. Please remember that the total number of combinations is considered when computing the total ticket price.
