Latest 6/45 Mega Lotto Prizes
PCSO uses a prize structure for Mega Lotto 6/45 based on ‘pari mutuel’ system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lotto bets in a given draw, then split the pool by the total number of winners.
The following are the different prizes for each tier of the Lotto 6/45 payout structure:
- In case you got six (6) numbers of the winning combination in any order, you win the latest jackpot prize for Mega Lotto 6/45. Its initial jackpot begins at PhP 8,910,000.
- If your combination matches five (5) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you take home the prize in the amount of PhP 32,000.
- In case you matched four (4) of the six (6) numbers drawn, you take home a fixed amount worth PhP 1,000.
- If you matched three (3) numbers of the winning number combination, you take home PhP 30.
A 20% tax will be automatically deducted from your winnings if its total amount exceeds PhP 10,000.

How to Play Megalotto 6/45
Before continuing, remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
To play the 6/45 Megalotto game, follow these detailed steps:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lottery outlet near you and look for the Mega Lotto 6/45 bet card.
- Select six (6) numbers between 1 to 45. These numbers will be your 6/45 Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option allows the terminal to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Optionally pick one of the options under the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can choose more than the regular six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- After the draw, view the 6/45 Lotto Result to see if you won the prize.
Mega Lotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the Megalotto 6/45 ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your Megalotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
How to Play: Pick six numbers from 1 to 45 or choose Lucky Pick (LP) and let the computer pick the 6-number combination for you. MegaLotto 6/45 costs P20.00 each per play per draw.
New PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing Lotto 6/45
In light of the on-going pandemic, 6/45 Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 6/45 Lotto tickets.
- Follow social distancing when buying 6/45 Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Throw away your used playing card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage can.
Mega Lotto System Bets – How to Improve the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/45 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system plays in 6/45 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a player who picks this option would need to mark seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the player will have to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.
The more numbers marked, the higher the number of combinations created. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
With regard to System 5R, the player chooses five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically combined with the remaining forty (40) numbers, generating 40 six-number combinations in all.
Remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The overall ticket cost is PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/45?
You win a prize by getting at least three (3) numbers of the winning Mega Lotto combination. The more matching numbers, the bigger the prizes you will get.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 30. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 8.91 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to pick up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thus creating a larger number of combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the overall number of created combinations.

Can I play the same 6/45 Mega Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Lotto 6/45 combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Mega Lotto 6/45 combination will be valid for the six (6) consecutive Megalotto 6/45 draws including the current draw.
How can I choose more than 6 numbers in the 6/45 Lotto bet slip?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for 6/45 Megalotto. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).

To play System 12, simply choose your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto playing card.
