Mega Lotto 6/45 System Plays – How to Increase the Odds of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
These are the choices available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a bettor marks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player selects eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
The total number of combinations increases as the marked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

What is the price of an Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket?
A player can buy the Mega Lotto ticket for 20 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
How do I Play Mega Lotto 6/45 System 5-Roll?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Lotto 6/45 system bet that lets the player to select only five (5) numbers instead of the default 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically pairs each of the remaining 40 “unselected” numbers in the bet slip to the five numbers you already picked.
This produces a total of 40 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 800 (Php 20 x 40).
To play System 5-Roll, just select your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS panel of the 6/45 Lotto playing card.
How many combinations are there in System 12 for 6/45 Mega Lotto?
System 12 is the 6/45 Megalotto system bet that lets players to pick a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the regular six (6) numbers. This play type produces 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
