PCSO uses pari mutel system in calculating 6/45 Lotto prizes. This means that the actual prize that each winner shall receive depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a specific prize tier.

- Go to a PCSO-authorized lotto outlet near you and get the Mega Lotto 6/45 bet card.
- Mark six (6) numbers between 1 to 45. These numbers will be your 6/45 Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the system to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Optionally mark one of the options in the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can choose more than the regular six number combination.
- If you want to join multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 6/45 Lotto Result after the live draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
Lotto 6/45 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 6/45 Mega Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your 6/45 Mega Lotto ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.

Mega Lotto System Bets – Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/45 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system plays available in 6/45 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a bettor chooses seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player chooses a total of eight (8) numbers generating a total of 28 combinations.
The total number of combinations increases as the marked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 5-Roll, you only pick five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have picked are automatically partnered with each of the remaining 40 digits in the board, generating a total of 40 six-number combinations.
Remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total bet cost will be. The total price of the ticket is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/45?
In Megalotto, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 30. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you receive the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 8.9 Million.
You can boost your chances of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can select up to 12 numbers per column in the play card, thereby producing up to 924 combinations.
You can choose from seven available system plays. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost is PhP 20 multiplied by the overall number of generated combinations.

Who are permitted to play 6/45 Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 6/45 Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

How much does a Megalotto System 5-Roll ticket cost?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Mega Lotto 6/45 system bet which allows you select only five (5) numbers instead of the typical 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically combines each of the remaining 40 “unmarked” numbers in the bet card to the five numbers you already marked.
This creates a total of 40 combinations and guarantees that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 800 (Php 20 x 40).
To play System 5-Roll, simply pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS panel of the 6/45 Lotto playing card.
Can I play Mega Lotto 6/45 in Advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play card. Your Mega Lotto 6/45 entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Megalotto entry will be valid for the six (6) consecutive 6/45 Mega Lotto draws including the present draw.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
March 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
