4. You can also improve your odds of winning through the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
5. If you want to play multiple draws, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
6. Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
7. See the 6/45 Lotto Result after the 9:00 pm live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.

6/45 Lotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.

Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your Lotto 6/45 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

6/45 Mega Lotto System Plays – Ways to Increase the Chances of Winning the Jackpot

You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.

If you want to play system bets, these are the options you can choose from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

With System 7, a player selects seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor marks eight (8) numbers, creating a total of 28 combinations.

The overall number of combinations increases as the marked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

In System 5-Roll, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have selected are automatically combined with each of the remaining 40 digits in the bet card, generating a total of 40 combinations.

Note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The overall ticket price is PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

What happens if the draw date indicated in the 6/45 Lotto ticket is wrong?

Megalotto 6/45 tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to check their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.

How much does a Megalotto System 5-Roll ticket cost?

System 5R (5-Roll) is the Megalotto system bet which lets the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the regular 6 number combination.

To complete the combination, the system automatically combines each of the remaining 40 “unmarked” numbers in the play slip to the five numbers you already selected.

This produces a total of 40 combinations and guarantees that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.

System 5R costs Php 800 (Php 20 x 40).

To play System 5R, simply choose your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS panel of the 6/45 Lotto playing card.

How do I Play Mega Lotto 6/45 System 9?

System 9 lets you to choose a nine (9) number combination instead of the typical combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of 6/45 Megalotto system bet generates a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).

To play System 9, just select your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto bet slip.

What does DST stand for?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).

PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

Are 6/45 Lotto winnings taxable?

6/45 Mega Lotto prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to the 20% tax as mandated by the TRAIN Act.

Lotto 6/45 winnings PhP 10,000 and below are not subject to 20% tax.
