Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

6/45 Megalotto System Plays – Learn How to Improve the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/45 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
These are the choices available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a player who marks this option would need to choose seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will need to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.
