How to Play Mega Lotto 6/45
Before proceeding, remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
To play the Megalotto game, follow these detailed instructions:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lottery agent and grab the Mega Lotto 6/45 playing card.
- Pick your 6/45 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 45.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system select the numbers for you.
- Optionally mark one of the options in the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can mark more than the regular six number combination.
- Mark the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- After the draw, access the 6/45 Lotto Result to see if you won the prize.
Megalotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Megalotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 6/45 Megalotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
To win the Jackpot, you must match all 6 numbers. The Initial Jackpot Prize (IJP) for Megalotto 6/45 is 8,910,000.00 (net of agent’s prize commission). If no one wins the jackpot in a particular MegaLotto 6/45 draw, the prize amount is carried forward into the next MegaLotto 6/45 draw. If there is more than one jackpot winner, the Jackpot prize will then be divided equally among all the winners.

Megalotto 6/45 System Plays – Ways to Improve your Chances of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
These are the options available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player marks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor picks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The total number of combinations increases as the marked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With regard to System 5R, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have chosen are automatically matched with each of the remaining 40 digits in the play slip, producing a total of 40 combinations.
Note that your overall bet cost will be much higher in system plays due to the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The total ticket price shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

What are the ways to win in 6/45 Lotto?
You win a prize in Mega Lotto 6/45 by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 30. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 8.91 Million.
You can boost your odds of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can pick up to 12 numbers per column in the bet slip, thereby creating up to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the total number of produced combinations.

PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are finished early in the day.
How many Advance Draws can I play in Lotto 6/45?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just mark your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the betting card. Your Mega Lotto 6/45 entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Megalotto combination will be valid for the six (6) consecutive 6/45 Lotto draws including the present draw.
Can I cancel or refund the Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your Mega Lotto ticket after it is processed by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.

March 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
