PCSO uses pari mutel system in calculating Mega Lotto 6/45 prizes. This means that the actual amount that each winner shall receive depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a specific prize level.
The following are the prizes for Megalotto according to the PCSO:
- In case you matched six (6) numbers of the winning number combination in any order, you hit the latest jackpot for Mega Lotto 6/45. Its initial jackpot starts at PhP 8,910,000.

- Choose your 6/45 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 45.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal pick the numbers for you.
- You can also choose up to twelve (12) numbers using the 6/45 Lotto System Play to raise your chances of hitting the jackpot.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 6/45 Lotto Result right after the 9:00 pm live draw to see if you won a prize.
Each 6/45 Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 6/45 Mega Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your 6/45 Megalotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

6/45 Megalotto System Bets – Ways to Increase the Odds of Winning
6/45 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
These are the choices available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a bettor who picks this option would need to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will have to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.
The total number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

How can I win prizes in Mega Lotto 6/45?
You win a prize in Mega Lotto by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you win PhP 30, four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the numbers, you win the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 8.9 Million.
You can improve your odds of winning by opting for a system play. With this option, you can pick up to 12 numbers per column in the bet slip, thereby generating up to 924 number combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost is PhP 20 multiplied by the total number of generated combinations.
