- Go to the nearest authorized PCSO lottery agent and get a play card with Mega Lotto 6/45 logo.
- Choose six (6) numbers between 1 to 45. These digits will be your 6/45 Lotto combination.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly select the number combination for you.
- Optionally choose one of the options in the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six number combination.
- For multiple draws, choose the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is printed.
- See the 6/45 Lotto Result after the 9 PM live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each Mega Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Megalotto 6/45 ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.

Lotto 6/45 System Plays – Increase your Chances of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system plays in 6/45 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a bettor who selects this option would have to mark seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will have to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.
The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations generated. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In System 5-Roll, a player chooses only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining forty (40) numbers, producing a total of 40 combinations.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total ticket cost will be. The total ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/45?
In Mega Lotto 6/45, you win a prize by matching at least three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
Getting three (3) of the winning number combination gives you PhP 30, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 1,000 while five (5) numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you get the jackpot prize of at least PhP 8.91 Million.
You can boost your chances of winning by opting for a system play. With this option, you can pick up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thus generating up to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the total number of produced combinations.

How do I Play Mega Lotto 6/45 System 9?
System 9 lets you to pick a nine (9) number combination instead of the regular combination comprised of six (6) numbers. This type of Mega Lotto system play produces a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
To play System 9, simply pick your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS panel of the 6/45 Lotto playing card.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO generally cancels its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.

March 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
