PCSO uses a payout structure for Mega Lotto based on ‘pari mutuel’ wagering system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lotto bets in a certain draw, then dividing the pool by the total number of winners.

6/45 Mega Lotto System Bets – How to Increase your Chances of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system bets available in 6/45 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor marks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers chosen, the higher the number of combinations generated. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.

You win a prize in Megalotto by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
