Mega Lotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Megalotto System Bets – Learn How to Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system plays available in 6/45 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a bettor who picks this option would need to pick seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the bettor will have to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.
The overall number of combinations increases as the picked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only mark five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have picked are automatically paired with each of the remaining 40 digits in the bet slip, generating a total of 40 six-number combinations.

You win a prize in Mega Lotto 6/45 by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you take home PhP 30. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 32,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you win the jackpot prize of at least PhP 8.91 Million.
You can improve your chances of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can select up to 12 numbers per column in the play card, thereby generating up to 924 number combinations.

What is SYS 9 in Lotto 6/45?
System 9 lets you to pick a nine (9) number combination instead of the usual combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of 6/45 Mega Lotto system play generates a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
To play System 9, simply select your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto bet card.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
What is SYS 8 in Lotto 6/45?
System 8 is the Lotto 6/45 system play that lets players to pick a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the usual six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, simply select your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS column of the 6/45 Lotto playing card.
