One Megalotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Megalotto 6/45 System Plays – How to Improve the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system plays available in 6/45 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a bettor picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor marks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are produced as the choosen numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With System 5-Roll, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have marked are automatically paired with each of the remaining 40 digits in the board, generating a total of 40 combinations.
Please note that your overall bet cost will be much higher in system bets due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The total cost of the ticket shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

What are the ways to win in 6/45 Lotto?
You win a prize by getting at least three (3) numbers of the winning 6/45 Mega Lotto number combination. The more matching numbers, the higher the prizes you will receive.
Getting three (3) of the winning combination wins you PhP 30, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 1,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the winning numbers, you win the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 8.9 Million.
You can increase your chances of hitting the jackpot by picking up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
You can select from seven available system plays. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall be based on the total number of generated combinations.

Who are allowed to play Lotto 6/45?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the Megalotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
Am I allowed to pick more than 6 numbers in 6/45 Mega Lotto?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system plays for Lotto 6/45. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also choose only 5 numbers using the System 5-Roll. Take note that the total number of combinations is considered when computing the total ticket price.
For instance, a System 7 play costs PhP 140 because it produces 7 combinations in all.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the Mega Lotto 6/45 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Mega Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void your Mega Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. Any 6/45 Mega Lotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
Can I cancel or refund the Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your 6/45 Mega Lotto ticket once it is processed by the computer. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the playing card to the cashier.

March 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
