- Go to any authorized PCSO lotto outlet and get the Mega Lotto 6/45 playing card.
- Mark six (6) digits that will compose your 6/45 Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 45.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer pick the number combination for you.
- Optionally pick one of the options in the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six number combination.
- Choose the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated ticket.

Each Megalotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Megalotto 6/45 ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.

Lotto 6/45 System Bets – Ways to Increase the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
In case you want to play system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a player chooses seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor chooses eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
To sum up, more and more number combinations are generated as the choosen numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
In System 5-Roll, the player will only have to select five (5) numbers. The remaining (unmarked) 40 numbers will be matched with the 5 selected numbers. This creates a total of 40 six-number combinations.
Please remember that your total bet cost will be much higher in system plays due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The total ticket cost shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

How can I win prizes in Mega Lotto 6/45?
In Megalotto, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you win PhP 30, four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the numbers, you get the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 8.9 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to select up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thereby creating a larger number of combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost shall depend on the overall number of created combinations.
