- Pick a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Five (45) in each column of the playing card.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option allows the terminal to automatically select the numbers for you.

- For multiple draws, mark the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw panel.

You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces several combinations of your chosen numbers.
If you want to play system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a bettor marks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player selects eight (8) numbers, generating a total of 28 combinations.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/45?
In 6/45 Mega Lotto, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
Matching three (3) of the winning combination gives you PhP 30, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 1,000 while five (5) numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you match all the numbers, you get the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 8.91 Million.
You can increase your odds of getting the jackpot by picking up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet produces a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
The price of tickets in system plays depend on the total number of combinations created.

Are minors allowed to play 6/45 Mega Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the Lotto 6/45. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
What are the updated prizes of Mega Lotto 6/45?
The following are the updated payout structure for Megalotto:
- 6 of 6 numbers – Jackpot
- 5 of 6 numbers – 32,000 Pesos
- 4 of 6 numbers – 1,000 Pesos
- 3 of 6 numbers – 30 Pesos
Getting one or two winning numbers has no corresponding prize.
Prizes above 10,000 Pesos are subject to 20% tax imposed under the TRAIN Act.
Can I cancel or refund the Mega Lotto 6/45 ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your Mega Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 6/45 Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the bet card to the teller.

March 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
