Before proceeding, remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
These are the detailed instructions when playing 6/45 Lotto:
- Go to any lotto outlet authorized by PCSO and look for the Mega Lotto 6/45 bet card.
- Pick six (6) numbers that will comprise your 6/45 Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 45.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system choose the number combination for you.
- Increase your odds of winning the jackpot using the 6/45 Lotto System Play.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of consecutive draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated lotto ticket.
- View the 6/45 Lotto Result after the scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning number combination.
Each 6/45 Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 6/45 Megalotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your 6/45 Mega Lotto ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
You can even play your selected numbers up to six consecutive draws in advance by marking the preferred number of draws in DRAW column on the playslip. If an error is made, mark the VOID box to indicate that the board is cancelled.

6/45 Megalotto System Bets – How to Increase the Chances of Winning
6/45 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system plays in 6/45 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which creates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor selects a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The overall number of combinations increases as the picked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 5R, the player selects five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically partnered with the remaining forty (40) numbers, producing 40 combinations in all.
