4. You can also mark up to twelve (12) numbers using the 6/45 Lotto System Play to raise your chances of winning the jackpot.
5. For multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
6. Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.

Each Mega Lotto 6/45 combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Mega Lotto 6/45 System Bets – How to Improve the Chances of Winning the Jackpot

You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/45 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.

In case you want to play system plays, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a bettor who selects this option would need to mark seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the player will have to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.

The total number of combinations increases as the chosen numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

In System 5-Roll, you only need to mark five (5) numbers instead of the regular six-number combination. The remaining unmarked numbers in the bet card (40 in all) will be combined with the 5 numbers you marked, thus creating 40 combinations in total.

Please remember that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system plays due to the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall price of the ticket shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

You win a prize in 6/45 Megalotto by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.

If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you receive PhP 30, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 1,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 32,000.

If you match all the winning numbers, you win the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 8.91 Million.

Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to select up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thus creating a larger number of combinations.

The system plays you can select from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

Ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the overall number of generated combinations.

How many 6/45 Lotto draws can I play in advance?

You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet card. Your 6/45 Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.

For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 6/45 Lotto combination shall be valid for the six (6) consecutive Mega Lotto 6/45 draws including the present draw.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?

DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).

PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/45 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

How many combinations are there in System 12 for 6/45 Mega Lotto?

System 12 is the 6/45 Mega Lotto system bet that lets bettors to pick a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type produces 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).

To play System 12, just pick your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS section of the 6/45 Lotto bet card.

Is it possible to select more than 6 numbers in Mega Lotto 6/45?

How do I Play Mega Lotto 6/45 System 5-Roll?

System 5R (5-Roll) is the Mega Lotto 6/45 system play which lets you select only five (5) numbers instead of the regular 6 number combination.

To complete the combination, the system automatically pairs each of the remaining 40 “unmarked” numbers in the playing card to the five numbers you already chosen.

This produces a total of 40 combinations and guarantees that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.

System 5R costs Php 800 (Php 20 x 40).

To play System 5R, just pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS column of the 6/45 Lotto bet card.
