Before continuing, please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
These are the complete instructions when playing Mega Lotto 6/45:
- Go to the nearest PCSO-authorized lottery outlet and look for a betting card with Mega Lotto 6/45 logo.
- Mark a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Five (45) in each column of the play card.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option allows the system to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- You can also raise your odds of winning using the 6/45 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated ticket.
- View the 6/45 Lotto Result right after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 6/45 Megalotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 6/45 Mega Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Megalotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
You can even play your selected numbers up to six consecutive draws in advance by marking the preferred number of draws in DRAW column on the playslip. If an error is made, mark the VOID box to indicate that the board is cancelled.
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 6/45 Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 6/45 Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the trash bin.
6/45 Megalotto System Bets – Improve the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/45 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system bets available in 6/45 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a player marks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor picks eight (8) numbers, creating a total of 28 combinations.
To sum up, more and more number combinations are generated as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With System 5R, the bettor chooses five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically combined with the remaining forty (40) numbers, creating 40 six-number combinations in total.
Please remember that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall price of the ticket shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations created.

You win a prize in Megalotto by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Matching three (3) of the winning combination gives you PhP 30, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 1,000 while five (5) numbers wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 32,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you win the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 8.9 Million.
You can increase your odds of winning the jackpot by picking up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.
