PCSO employs pari mutel system in computing 6/49 Superlotto prizes. This means that the actual prize that each winner will get depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a specific prize rank.
Here are the different prizes for each level of the Superlotto payout system:
- Matching six (6) out of the six (6) winning numbers in any order gives you the current jackpot for 6/49 Super Lotto. The jackpot starts at PhP 15,840,000.
- If you got five (5) numbers of the winning number combination, you get a prize in the amount of PhP 50,000.
- In case your combination matches four (4) out of the six (6) drawn numbers, you receive a fixed amount of PhP 1,200.
- Getting three (3) out of the six (6) numbers drawn wins you PhP 50.
All winnings above PhP 10,000 are taxed at a rate of 20%.

Before proceeding, please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
Here’s the detailed instructions for playing this popular jackpot-bearing game:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lottery outlet and grab the Super Lotto 6/49 bet slip.
- Choose your 6/49 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 49.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Raise your odds of hitting the jackpot using the 6/49 Lotto System Play.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 6/49 Lotto Result after the 9pm live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each Superlotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 6/49 Superlotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Super Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
SuperLotto 6/49 ticket costs P20.00 per standard play. You can increase your chances of winning by playing the SYSTEM. You can opt to play Roll 5, Sys 7 up to Sys 12.
Important PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 6/49 Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 6/49 Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be implemented at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the garbage bins provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
Super Lotto System Plays – How to Improve the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/49 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system bets available in 6/49 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player selects eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are generated as the marked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
In System 5R, a player chooses only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining forty-four (44) numbers, producing a total of 44 six-number combinations.
Please note that your total bet cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall ticket cost shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations created.

How do I win a prize in 6/49 Super Lotto?
You win a prize in Superlotto 6/49 by getting at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 50. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 1,200 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 50,000.
Matching all the winning numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 15.8 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning by playing a system play. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thus generating up to 924 number combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost shall depend on the total number of created combinations.

You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for Superlotto 6/49. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also select only 5 numbers using the System 5-Roll. Please remember that the total number of combinations is considered when computing the total ticket price.

Latest Updates and Press Statements from PCSO
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6D and 4D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
