How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the Swertres Lotto:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your Swertres combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your playing card and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the Swertres result here after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Swertres ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.

PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by Swertres bettors nationwide.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a manner that all draws are completed early in the day.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a Swertres Lotto game variant that lets its players receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the Swertres winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the Swertres bet card.
Are Swertres Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
Swertres prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the highest Swertres winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the Swertres winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play if your Swertres number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Where do I go to claim my Swertres Lotto Prize?

To claim Swertres Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
