Before proceeding, note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play this lotto game:
- Go to an authorized PCSO lotto agent and look for the Super Lotto 6/49 bet slip.
- Choose a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Nine (49) in each column of the bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Raise your chances of hitting the jackpot using the 6/49 Lotto System Play.
- Mark the number of consecutive draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 6/49 Lotto Result to verify if you won the prize.
Each 6/49 Lotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 6/49 Super Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your Super Lotto 6/49 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
SuperLotto 6/49 ticket costs P20.00 per standard play. You can increase your chances of winning by playing the SYSTEM. You can opt to play Roll 5, Sys 7 up to Sys 12.

Super Lotto 6/49 System Plays – Learn How to Increase the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/49 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
In case you want to try system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a player who selects this option would need to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the bettor will have to mark a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 49.
The total number of combinations increases as the chosen numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With regard to System 5R, the player picks five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically partnered with the remaining forty-four (44) numbers, generating 44 six-number combinations in all.
Keep in mind that your total ticket cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall cost of the ticket shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

How can I win prizes in Super Lotto 6/49?
In Lotto 6/49, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
Matching three (3) of the winning combination gives you PhP 50, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize equal to PhP 1,200 while five (5) numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 50,000.
If you got all the winning numbers, you get the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 15.8 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning by opting for a system play. With this option, you can mark up to 12 numbers per column in the play card, thereby generating up to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the overall number of combinations created.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/49 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
