The prize that each winner gets depend on the overall number of winners as well as gross sales. PCSO uses a prize system for 6/55 Lotto based on this pari mutuel wagering computation.

Before you go any further, note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play this lotto game:
- Go to the nearest authorized PCSO lottery outlet and grab a betting card with Grand Lotto 6/55 logo.
- Select six (6) numbers that will comprise your 6/55 Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 49.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option allows the computer to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- You can also increase your odds of winning using the 6/55 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can mark more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- For multiple draws, choose the number of succeeding draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 6/55 Lotto Result to see if you won the prize.
Each Grand Lotto 6/55 combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 6/55 Grandlotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your Grandlotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Lotto 6/55 System Bets – Learn How to Improve the Chances of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/55 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
These are the choices available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a bettor selects seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player picks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
In short, more and more number combinations are produced as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.

If you match three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 60. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 1,500 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 100,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you get the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 29.70 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can pick up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thereby creating up to 924 number combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

How much does a Grand Lotto System 12 ticket cost?
System 12 is the 6/55 Grand Lotto system bet that allows players to select a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the usual six (6) numbers. This play type produces 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
To play System 12, just pick your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS column of the 6/55 Lotto play card.
How to Play System 7 in 6/55 Lotto?
System 7 allows you to pick a seven (7) number combination instead of the typical combination comprised of six (6) numbers. This type of Grandlotto system bet generates a total of seven combinations and costs PhP 140 (Php 20 x 7 combinations).
To play System 7, just choose your preferred 7-number combination and then mark the number 7 in the SYS panel of the 6/55 Lotto bet slip.
How many 6/55 Lotto draws can I play in advance?
