These are the complete instructions when playing Grand Lotto 6/55:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lottery outlet near you and grab the Grand Lotto 6/55 bet slip.
- Pick a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Fifty-Five (55) in each column of the play slip.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option allows the terminal to automatically select the numbers for you.
- You can also raise your chances of winning through the 6/55 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can mark more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your betting card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- Check the 6/55 Lotto Result after the live draw to know if you got the winning number combination.
One 6/55 Grand Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 6/55 Grand Lotto ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your Grand Lotto 6/55 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

- Use your own ball pen to minimize the risk of contracting the virus.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your playing card and payment.
- Apply sanitizers or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or old tickets.
Grand Lotto System Plays – Ways to Increase your Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/55 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
If you want to play system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a bettor selects seven (7) numbers which creates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player marks eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are generated as the choosen numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With regard to System 5-Roll, you only have to pick five (5) numbers instead of the typical six-number combination. The remaining unselected numbers in the play slip (50 in all) will be matched with the 5 numbers you picked, thus generating 50 six-number combinations in total.
Please remember that your total bet cost will be much higher in system plays due to the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The total ticket price shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

How can I win prizes in Grand Lotto 6/55?
You win a prize in Lotto 6/55 by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you take home PhP 60. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 1,500 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 100,000.
If you got all the winning numbers, you get the jackpot prize which starts at PhP 29.70 Million.
You can increase your odds of winning the jackpot by picking up to 12 numbers using a system play. This type of bet generates a bigger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
You can choose from seven available system plays. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.

How many combinations are there in System 8 for 6/55 Grand Lotto?
System 8 is the 6/55 Grand Lotto system bet that lets bettors to choose a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
To play System 8, simply choose your preferred 8-number combination and then mark the number 8 in the SYS column of the 6/55 Lotto play card.
How many combinations are there in System 9 for 6/55 Grand Lotto?
System 9 allows you to pick a nine (9) number combination instead of the usual combination comprised of six (6) numbers. This type of Grand Lotto system play generates a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
To play System 9, just select your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS section of the 6/55 Lotto bet card.

How much is a Lotto 6/55 ticket?
A player can purchase the Lotto 6/55 ticket for 20 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/55 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

If you won in any of the Lotto 6/55 draws today, consider these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim Grand Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO main office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
