PCSO uses pari mutel wagering system in calculating 6/58 Lotto prizes. This means that the actual amount that each winner will receive depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a specific prize tier.
Below is the updated Ultralotto 6/58 payout table:
- Getting six (6) out of the six (6) winning numbers in any order wins you the jackpot for Ultra Lotto 6/58. The jackpot prize starts at PhP 49,500,000.

- For multiple draws, mark the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed ticket.
- Check the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9pm scheduled draw to verify if you won a prize.
One Ultra Lotto 6/58 number combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

These are the options available in case you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a bettor marks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player marks eight (8) numbers, generating a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers selected, the higher the number of combinations generated. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In System 5-Roll, you only need to mark five (5) numbers instead of the typical six-number combination. The remaining unselected numbers in the bet card (53 in all) will be partnered with the 5 numbers you marked, thus creating 53 combinations in all.
Please remember that your overall bet cost will be much higher in system plays due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The overall cost of the ticket shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

Getting three (3) of the winning combination gives you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.

You can increase your chances of getting the jackpot by choosing up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet produces a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.

How much does a Ultralotto System 5-Roll ticket cost?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the 6/58 Ultra Lotto system bet that allows you select only five (5) numbers instead of the typical 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically combines each of the remaining 53 “unmarked” numbers in the betting card to the five numbers you already picked.
This produces a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
