Launched in 2004 as “EZ2”, 2D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed-prize lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,000 for Standard Play and PhP 2,000 for Rambolito Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 961 and 1 in 465, respectively.
PCSO conducts EZ2 2D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally takes place during major public holidays.

How to Play 2D Lotto
To play PCSO 2D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose two (2) numbers between 1 to 31, one from each column. These digits will be your 2D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you selected.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 2D result right after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 2D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 2D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play and claim lotto prizes.
You win 4,000.00 for every 12.00 play, if your selected 2-number combination match the winning 2-number combination in exact order. If you have selected the winning 2-number combination and have chosen the “Rambolito” game, you win 2,000.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 2D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 2D Lotto bettors to follow the guidelines below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 2D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the trash cans.
2D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
2D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 2D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,000 if he gets the two winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito play, the bettor receives PhP 2,000 in case he matches the two winning numbers in any order.

How to win a prize in 2D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 2D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark two (2) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 1 to 31.
If your number combination matches the 2D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,000.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prize in Rambolito Play is much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito Play, you win PhP 2,000 if your combination matches the 2D results in any order.

When are 2D Lotto draws held?
PCSO conducts 2D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
How much do I win if I match all the 2D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win PhP 2,000 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 2D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How many 2D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 2D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 2D Lotto entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 2D Lotto draws.
How much do I win in 2D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,000 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win PhP 2,000 if you match the winning combination in any order.

Latest Updates and Press Releases from PCSO
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
