Before proceeding further, please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.
To play the Ultralotto 6/58 game, follow these detailed steps:
- Go to a PCSO-authorized lotto outlet and look for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 betting card.
- Pick your 6/58 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 58.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Optionally select one of the options in the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can choose more than the regular six number combination.
- Choose the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 6/58 Lotto result after the 9 PM live draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
Ultralotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 6/58 Ultralotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

Ultralotto System Plays – Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
These are the options available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player picks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
In essence, more and more number combinations are created as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.
With System 5R, you only need to select five (5) numbers instead of the usual six-number combination. The remaining unselected numbers in the bet card (53 in all) will be combined with the 5 numbers you marked, thus generating 53 combinations in total.
Note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total bet cost will be. The total ticket price is PhP 20 times the number of combinations created.

You win a prize in 6/58 Ultralotto by getting at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Matching three (3) of the winning number combination wins you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.
Matching all the numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 49.50 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system bet. This option allows you to select up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thus producing a bigger number of combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price is PhP 20 times the overall number of created combinations.

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Ultra Lotto 6/58 number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void your Ultralotto entry before purchasing the ticket. Any Ultra Lotto 6/58 entry that has been processed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
How much does a Ultralotto System 5-Roll ticket cost?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Ultra Lotto 6/58 system play that lets you select only five (5) numbers instead of the usual 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the computer automatically combines each of the remaining 53 “unmarked” numbers in the play card to the five numbers you already chosen.
This produces a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5-Roll, just pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS column of the 6/58 Lotto playing card.
Is it possible to select more than 6 numbers in Ultra Lotto 6/58?
You can select more than 6 numbers by playing any of the system bets for Ultra Lotto 6/58. You can choose from System 7 (7 numbers), System 8 (8 numbers), System 9 (8 numbers), System 10 (10 numbers), System 11 (11 numbers) and System 12 (12 numbers).
You can also choose only 5 numbers using the System 5R. Take note that the total number of combinations is considered when calculating the total ticket cost.

PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the Ultralotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Do I win anything if I match only 2 numbers in 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
The following are the updated prize structure for Ultra Lotto 6/58:
- 6 of 6 numbers – Jackpot
- 5 of 6 numbers – 120,000 Pesos
- 4 of 6 numbers – 2,000 Pesos
- 3 of 6 numbers – 100 Pesos
Getting one or two winning numbers has no equivalent prize.
