PCSO employs pari mutel wagering system in determining Ultra Lotto prizes. This means that the actual amount that each winner shall get depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a given prize tier.
These are the updated prizes for Ultralotto 6/58 according to the PCSO:
- If you matched the six (6) winning numbers in any order, you take home the jackpot for 6/58 Ultralotto. Jackpot begins at PhP 49,500,000.
- Matching five (5) out of the six (6) numbers drawn wins you a fixed prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.

Before proceeding further, please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
These are the detailed instructions when playing Ultra Lotto 6/58:
- Go to any authorized PCSO lotto agent near you and get the Ultra Lotto 6/58 play slip.
- Select a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to fifty-eight (58) in each column of the playing card.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option allows the system to automatically choose the numbers for you.
- You can also choose up to twelve (12) numbers through the 6/58 Lotto System Play to raise your chances of winning the jackpot.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of succeeding draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your printed ticket.
- View the 6/58 Lotto result after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 6/58 Ultra Lotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your Ultralotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your Ultralotto 6/58 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Six balls numbered from 1 to 58 will be drawn and you win the jackpot prize by matching all of the drawn numbers, in any order. If two or more persons win the jackpot, payment for each winner is determined by dividing equally the jackpot amount.You also win prizes if you match any 3, 4, or 5 numbers of the winning 6-number combination, in any order.

Ultra Lotto 6/58 System Plays – Improve the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The available system bets in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a player who chooses this option would have to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will need to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
To sum up, more and more number combinations are created as the choosen numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
With regard to System 5R, the player marks five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically paired with the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, producing 53 combinations in total.
Please remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The overall ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

What are the ways to win in 6/58 Lotto?
You win a prize in Ultralotto 6/58 by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers, you receive PhP 100, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize in the amount of PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.
Matching all the numbers wins you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 49.50 Million.
You can improve your chances of winning by opting for a system bet. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thereby generating up to 924 number combinations.

How do I Play Ultra Lotto 6/58 System 12?
System 12 is the Ultra Lotto system bet that allows bettors to select a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the usual six (6) numbers. This play type creates 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
To play System 12, just select your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto betting card.
How many Advance Draws can I play in Lotto 6/58?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet card. Your 6/58 Lotto combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 6/58 Ultralotto combination will be valid for the six (6) consecutive 6/58 Lotto draws including the present draw.
How much do I win if I match all the Ultra Lotto 6/58 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win the jackpot if you match all the 6/58 Ultra Lotto winning numbers even if they are not in the same order as the offical 6/58 Lotto results.
You also win secondary prizes if you get 3, 4 or 5 winning numbers.
However, you do not win anything if you only got two (2) or one (1) winning number.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. As a result, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it does not have any such platform yet.
