PCSO uses pari mutel betting system in calculating 6/58 Lotto prizes. This means that the actual amount that each winner shall receive depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a given prize rank.

- Pick six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These numbers will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Optionally select one of the options in the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the regular six number combination.
- Choose the number of consecutive draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 6/58 Lotto result after the 9:00 pm scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each Ultra Lotto 6/58 number combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 6/58 Lotto bettors must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to buy 6/58 Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Throw away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.
Ultralotto 6/58 System Plays – Ways to Improve the Odds of Winning
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system bets available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a bettor who marks this option would have to choose seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the player will need to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
To sum up, more and more number combinations are generated as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
With System 5-Roll, you only need to select five (5) numbers instead of the typical six-number combination. The remaining unmarked numbers in the bet card (53 in all) will be combined with the 5 numbers you chose, thus creating 53 six-number combinations in all.
Please note that your overall bet cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The total ticket price shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations created.

What are the ways to win in 6/58 Lotto?
You win a prize in 6/58 Ultralotto by getting at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Getting three (3) of the winning combination wins you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.
If you match all the numbers, you get the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 49.50 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to mark up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thereby generating a higher number of combinations.
The system plays you can select from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall depend on the overall number of generated combinations.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
How many combinations are there in System 10 for 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
System 10 is the Lotto 6/58 system play that allows players to select a total of ten (10) numbers instead of the default six (6) numbers. This play type creates 210 combinations in all and costs PhP 4,200 (Php 20 x 210 combinations).
To play System 10, simply choose your preferred 10-number combination and then mark the number 10 in the SYS column of the 6/58 Lotto playing card.
Does PCSO have lotto draws during holidays?
PCSO regularly suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.
How many 6/58 Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the bet card. Your Ultra Lotto 6/58 combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 6/58 Ultralotto combination shall be valid for the six (6) consecutive 6/58 Ultra Lotto draws including the current draw.
How do I void an entry in the Lotto 6/58 play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific Ultralotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void your 6/58 Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. Any Ultra Lotto entry that has been accepted by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
