- Select six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These digits will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the system to randomly select the numbers for you.
- You can also select up to twelve (12) numbers through the 6/58 Lotto System Play to increase your odds of winning the jackpot.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated ticket.
- View the 6/58 Lotto result after the 9:00 pm scheduled draw to see if you got the winning combination.
Each 6/58 Ultra Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the Ultralotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your Ultralotto ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.

Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 6/58 Lotto tickets.

6/58 Ultra Lotto System Plays – Ways to Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
If you want to try system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a player marks seven (7) numbers which creates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player chooses eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers selected, the higher the number of combinations created. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, the player will only need to select five (5) numbers. The remaining (unmarked) 53 numbers will be paired with the 5 selected numbers. This creates a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Please remember that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall bet cost will be. The total ticket price is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

You win a prize in Ultralotto 6/58 by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you win PhP 100, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize worth PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you receive the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your chances of getting the jackpot by marking up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price is PhP 20 times the total number of generated combinations.

How many combinations are there in System 5R for 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Ultralotto 6/58 system bet which lets the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the default 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically pairs each of the remaining 53 “unselected” numbers in the play card to the five numbers you already marked.
This creates a total of 53 combinations and guarantees that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5R, simply choose your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto play card.
