Before you go any further, keep in mind that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play.

Here’s how you can play the Mega Lotto 6/45:

1. Go to a PCSO-authorized lotto agent and get the Mega Lotto 6/45 playing card.
2. Mark six (6) digits that will compose your 6/45 Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 1 to 45.
3. If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system pick the number combination for you.

Mega Lotto System Bets – How to Increase your Chances of Winning the Jackpot

6/45 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the default six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.

The system plays available in 6/45 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).

A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a bettor who marks this option would need to choose seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will need to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 45.

The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations created. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
