Swertres Lotto is a game of two numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was renamed in 2019 as “3D Lotto” and has become one of the hugely popular fixed payout games in the country since its launch in 2002. There are three plays in Swertres Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts live 3D Swertres Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior announcement is made. Suspension of draws regularly occurs during major public holidays.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the five major lotto games three times a week. How to Play Swertres Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the Swertres Lotto:
- Mark a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a Swertres playing card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal select the Swertres number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the Swertres result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
Swertres ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Swertres ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing Swertres Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be allowed to buy Swertres tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash bins.
Swertres Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO Swertres Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in Swertres Lotto?
You win a prize by playing Swertres in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the Swertres winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the Swertres results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play the same Swertres combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your Swertres entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Swertres combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) Swertres draws.
How much is a Swertres ticket?
A bettor can purchase the Swertres Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What is the Swertres hearing for today?
Swertres hearing, probables or predictions are generally posted in our Facebook group. Please note that nobody can predict the Swertres winning number combination. These hearings, probables or predictions are solely for entertainment purposes.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What if I made a mistake in marking my Swertres numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific Swertres number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a Swertres entry before purchasing the ticket. A Swertres entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
