If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you get PhP 100, four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.
Getting all the winning numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 49.50 Million.
You can increase your odds of getting the jackpot by marking up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet generates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
Are 6/58 Lotto winnings taxable?
Ultra Lotto winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to the 20% tax as mandated by the TRAIN Law.
Ultra Lotto 6/58 winnings PhP 10,000 and below are not subject to 20% tax.
What is SYS 12 in Lotto 6/58?
System 12 is the Ultra Lotto 6/58 system play that lets bettors to pick a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the default six (6) numbers. This play type creates 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
