PCSO employs a payout system for Ultralotto based on ‘pari mutuel’ system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a given draw, then split the pool by the total number of winners.

6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Ultra Lotto 6/58 System Plays – Learn How to Increase your Odds of Winning
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system bets available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player selects seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player selects a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
The total number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, the player picks five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically partnered with the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, producing 53 combinations in total.
Please note that your total bet cost will be much higher in system plays due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The overall cost of the ticket shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations produced.

You can boost your odds of winning by playing a system bet. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the playing card, thus generating up to 924 number combinations.

How do I Play Ultra Lotto 6/58 System 12?
System 12 is the Ultralotto system bet that allows players to choose a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the default six (6) numbers. This play type produces 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).
To play System 12, simply choose your preferred 12-number combination and then mark the number 12 in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto play slip.

How to Play System 5R in 6/58 Lotto?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the Ultra Lotto 6/58 system play that allows you select only five (5) numbers instead of the regular 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically pairs each of the remaining 53 “unmarked” numbers in the play card to the five numbers you already marked.
This generates a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5R, just select your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS panel of the 6/58 Lotto bet card.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 6/58 Lotto numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific Ultralotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void your 6/58 Ultralotto entry before purchasing the ticket. Any Ultralotto 6/58 number combination that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund of my 6/58 Lotto payment?
