PCSO uses a prize structure for 6/49 Super Lotto based on ‘pari mutuel’ wagering system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a given draw, then split the pool by the total number of winners.

How to Play Super Lotto
Before you proceed, remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play.
Here’s how you can play the Super Lotto:
- Go to the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet and get a play card with Super Lotto 6/49 logo.
- Pick a combination of six (6) numbers from one (1) to Forty-Nine (49) in each column of the play card.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to randomly generate the numbers for you.
- You can also choose up to twelve (12) numbers through the 6/49 Lotto System Play to improve your odds of hitting the jackpot.
- For multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 6/49 Lotto Result after the 9 PM live draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Each Super Lotto 6/49 combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 6/49 Super Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Superlotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.

Super Lotto System Bets – Improve your Chances of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/49 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system plays in 6/49 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a bettor who selects this option would have to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will have to choose a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 49.
The more numbers marked, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, a player picks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining forty-four (44) numbers, producing a total of 44 combinations.
Remember that your overall bet cost will be much higher in system plays due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The overall ticket cost shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

What are the ways to win in 6/49 Lotto?
You win a prize in Super Lotto 6/49 by matching at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
Matching three (3) of the winning number combination wins you PhP 50, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 1,200 while five (5) numbers wins you a fixed amount equal to PhP 50,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you receive the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 15.84 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to choose up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thereby producing a bigger number of combinations.

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/49 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
What is the schedule of Super Lotto 6/49 draws?
PCSO is holding Superlotto 6/49 draws three times a week every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play Super Lotto 6/49?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the Superlotto 6/49. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
Will there be any lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are completed early in the day.
How do I Play Super Lotto 6/49 System 9?
System 9 allows you to pick a nine (9) number combination instead of the regular combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Superlotto 6/49 system play produces a total of 84 combinations and costs PhP 1,680 (Php 20 x 84 combinations).
To play System 9, simply select your preferred 9-number combination and then mark the number 9 in the SYS section of the 6/49 Lotto bet slip.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO said it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
