- Go to any PCSO-authorized lotto agent near you and get the PCSO Lotto 6/42 play card.
- Choose six (6) digits that will comprise your 6/42 Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 42.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option allows the computer to automatically generate the number combination for you.
- You can also raise your odds of winning through the 6/42 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Give your betting card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, check the 6/42 Lotto Result to know if you won the prize.
Each 6/42 Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 6/42 Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.

PCSO Lotto 6/42 System Bets – How to Increase your Odds of Winning
6/42 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
The system plays available in 6/42 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
In System 7, a player marks seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the player chooses a total of eight (8) numbers creating a total of 28 combinations.
In short, more and more number combinations are created as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system bets.

What is SYS 8 in Lotto 6/42?
System 8 is the PCSO Lotto 6/42 system bet that allows players to choose a total of eight (8) numbers instead of the regular six (6) numbers. This play type produces 28 combinations in all and costs PhP 560 (Php 20 x 28 combinations).
