PCSO uses pari mutel betting system in determining Ultra Lotto prizes. This means that the actual amount that each winner will get depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a certain prize rank.
Here is the updated 6/58 Ultra Lotto payout system:
- If you matched six (6) numbers of the winning combination in any order, you hit the current jackpot for Ultralotto. Its initial jackpot begins at PhP 49,500,000.
- If you got five (5) numbers of the winning combination, you get the fixed prize worth PhP 120,000.
- If you got four (4) numbers of the winning number combination, you receive a fixed amount of PhP 2,000.

How to Play 6/58 Ultra Lotto
Before you go any further, remember that only 18 years old and above are allowed to play.
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play this lotto game:
- Go to the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet and look for a play card with Ultra Lotto 6/58 logo.
- Choose a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to fifty-eight (58) in each column of the bet card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Optionally pick one of the options under the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can mark more than the regular six number combination.
- Mark the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 6/58 Lotto result after the 9pm scheduled draw to know if you matched the winning number combination.
Each Ultralotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your Ultra Lotto ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 6/58 Lotto players must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety guidelines are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to play 6/58 Lotto.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.

6/58 Ultra Lotto System Plays – Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
The available system plays in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a bettor chooses seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor picks a total of eight (8) numbers producing a total of 28 combinations.
To sum up, more and more number combinations are produced as the picked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
With regard to System 5R, the bettor will only need to select five (5) numbers. The remaining (unmarked) 53 numbers will be paired with the 5 picked numbers. This produces a total of 53 combinations.
Note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total ticket cost will be. The overall ticket price is PhP 20 times the number of combinations generated.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/58?
In Ultralotto 6/58, you win a prize by matching at least three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize worth PhP 120,000.
Getting all the numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 49.50 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system play. This option allows you to mark up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thus producing a larger number of combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket cost is PhP 20 multiplied by the total number of generated combinations.
